The employment team is headed by Mr. Tim Kenward who has extensive experience in this fast developing, increasingly complex and dynamic area of the law.

Tim Kenward is particularly well known for his work representing numerous local authorities and other local government employers and writes widely in this area of the law for various employment law and human resources publications.

The employment service that we can offer is right across the broad spectrum of practice representing both claimants and respondents, with experience providing advice and representation in proceedings in the County Court, the High Court, and at all appellate levels, including judicial review.

We can also provide non-contentious employment advice dealing with matters such as grievance and disciplinary procedures, draft policies, guidance and advice in respect of new legislation, and human resources issues.
